Jetway has launched a small motherboard of Mini-ITX powered by the Intel N97 Processor (Alder Lake-N, 12W TDP), the DMTX-ADN1, which is intended to be used in the field of embedded and industrial devices with low power needs, but with high performance.

The DMTX-ADN1 has a maximum memory of 32GB of DDR5 4800MHz in a single SO-DIMM, enabling faster data transfer, such as in multitasking or industrial applications. Graphics performance is handled by Intel UHD Graphics, and it provides more than one display out, DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0b, and LVDS/eDP, and supports a 4K at 60Hz and could be set up in a triple-monitor configuration.

Connectivity and expansion are strong points of this board. It is provided with two Gigabit Ethernet (Realtek RTL8111H) to ensure good networking, two USB 3.2 Gen 1, eight USB 2.0, and six serial ports (four RS-232 and two RS-232/485) to connect industrial devices. As storage, it has one SATA III port, many M.2 slots, a 2242/2280 M-Key, which is either NVMe or SATA SSDs, a 2242 M-Key, as well as an E-Key 2230, which is either CNVi or wireless modules. A PCIe x4 slot (with x1 interface) provides further expansion options.

Jetway also adds optional TPM 2.0 hardware security, along with Intel PTT (firmware TPM), making the DMTX-ADN1 suitable for secure IoT and edge deployments. Flexibility in the power is provided by a 12 -19V DC input, and AT/ATX modes are available to customise the system.

The board has an operating temperature of 0°C to 60°C, so it is an efficient option in industrial and automation, and kiosk applications. The DMTX-ADN1 is 170 x 170 mm in size and is compatible with standard Mini-ITX enclosures, but includes many interfaces that developers and OEMs can use. It is almost similar to the jetway’s other boards, such as the MTX-ARH1 and MTX-TWL1.

The Jetway board supports Windows 10/11 (including IoT Enterprise), Linux distributions like Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, CentOS, OpenSUSE, Red Hat, FreeBSD, and specialised OSes such as OPNSense, pfSense, and TrueNAS. Windows drivers are provided for the chipset, Intel UHD graphics, Realtek audio, LAN, Intel ME, and SIO, with sample code for Watchdog and GPIO on both Windows and Linux. Driver availability may vary by region or model, and the UEFI-based BIOS should be updated following Jetway’s instructions via USB/FAT32.

You can find the Jetway DMTX-ADN1 Mini-ITX motherboard priced between $240 and $300, depending on the distributor and configuration. It sells at approximately $249 on Mini-Box and $299.95 on MITXPC, and is available for pre-order at approximately £199 ($240–$260) on Mini-ITX.com, based in the UK. Availability remains limited, as most resellers either sell out of stock or require special orders. The board primarily targets industrial and embedded applications, so specialised distributors or direct requests to Jetway commonly handle its distribution. The official product page contains more information, as well as a user manual and datasheet.
