TOPST D3-G is the automotive-grade, powerful single board computer (SBC) suitable for developers and system-integrators and industrial applications that demand good performance and I/O capabilities, based on the latest Dolphin3 (TCC8050) system-on-chip platform by Telechips and provides a flexible platform with applications ranging from high-level computing, multimedia, vision applications, and edge processing.
In essence, the D3-G takes advantage of a heterogeneous multi-CPU design with four Arm Cortex-A72 cores at 1.69 GHz with high-performance workload, four Cortex-A53 at 1.45 GHz with background effectiveness, and a Cortex-R5 at 600 MHz with responsive control capabilities. To support graphics and compute acceleration, the board implements an Imagination PowerVR GT9524 graphics core with up to 168 GFLOPS and OpenGL, Vulkan, and OpenCL API support, so it can be used as an advanced graphics and parallel processor.
It has memory and storage options of 4 GB or 8 GB LPDDR4X RAM with 32 GB eMMC flash and a microSD card slot to support further storage. These designs enable the D3-G to be extended between educational and small-footprint platforms to more stressful software applications, such as ROS2 robotics flow charts.
The D3-G has good connectivity and expansion. It also features an output DisplayPort 1.4 that can be used with MST or daisy-chained displays and two MIPI CSI camera interfaces, USB 3.0 and USB-C, Gigabit Ethernet, PCIe Gen3, and a 40-pin Raspberry Pi-compatible GPIO connector to add other modules and sensors. Its automotive and embedded control systems may be better applied to automotive interfaces, such as three channels of CAN buses.

The software is also maintained with Ubuntu 22.04, and the default SDK is built on the Yocto Project, which enables developers to make their own Linux-based systems to fit their specific applications. For your reference, you may check out our SBC section.
The D3-G automotive-grade SBC is on sale in the country, mostly in South Korea, in terms of its price and availability. The 4 GB model will be priced in the range of KRW 161,000 (~$110), and the 8 GB model will sell at in the range of KRW 189,000 (~$129). It is not available everywhere across the world, as the official product page states that international sales are not available yet at the time of writing.
