Vivo has also launched its new flagship line X300 Series with two models, namely the X300 and the X300 Pro. The most notable of these entries is the partnership with ZEISS in the field of imaging, where they have a 200 MP system of cameras to offer a professional level of photography to common people.
On the design front, both models showcase what Vivo describes as a Unibody 3D Glass Design. It’s a sleek build with very slim symmetric bezels (just about 1.05 mm) and rounded corners for comfort. The minimal circle camera module merges with the body for an elegant look and improved grip. The product is available in such colours as Summit Red, Phantom Black and Mist Blue, so that a user can pick between the vivid and soft finishes.

The most obvious is photography: the X300 Pro has a 200 MP ZEISS APO Telephoto camera, which is very zooming and details viewing even at a great distance, such as during monitoring of birds or live concerts. It has a 200 MP main ZEISS camera as well, with a 50 MP ultra-wide as well as a 50 MP selfie or vlogging camera in the X300 (non-Pro) model. Video quality is also excellent, the cameras can shoot high frame-rates of 4K with Dolby Vision HDR to deliver bright colour and movement.
Performance-wise, the series is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip (in tandem with vivo’s V3+ imaging chip), built on TSMC’s 3nm process. This means better CPU and GPU performance, lower power consumption, and a bigger boost in NPU (neural-processing) power, ideal for AI-enabled camera and smart features. Besides, software features like “Origin Island” and multi-tasking tools are built in for a smoother user experience. It is based on Android 16 using the custom OriginOS 6 skin (in areas where it is adapted), and promises 5 years of security updates, as well as 4 major Android OS updates, and has a longer update promise than many of its competitors.

It is believed that the vivo X300 Series will be launched in India on 2 December 2025 at 12 PM IST and priced at an estimated price of ₹54,990, starting with the base X300 model as per the early reports and Chinese pricing. The X300 itself will cost around ¥4,399 (≈₹55,000) in China, with an X300 Pro priced at ¥5,299 (≈₹66,000), and therefore, the prices of the Indian editors will probably be in the same order, with more storage options being pricier. Pricing is yet to be done, but at the moment, the estimated prices of the series are ₹55,000 to 65,000 on the entry level, thus making it a premium flagship offering when it goes on sale.
